Our team event this year began in the heart of our Munich location and took us to the river that shapes our city: the Isar.
Between teamwork, the presentation of our new Entelios collection and a lively rafting adventure, it quickly became clear what sets us apart: Energy, cohesion and flexibility – on the water as well as in the markets. It was particularly pleasing that we were able to welcome some new colleagues compared to the previous year. Our team continues to grow.
Team Time in Munich: New Collection and Fresh Impulses
The lunchtime kick-off was characterised by a good atmosphere, conversations and a selection of varied wraps. We then proudly presented our new Entelios team collection: high-quality hoodies and t-shirts in a subtle design, made from certified organic cotton and recycled polyester. The collection stands for our shared spirit and can be worn in the office as well as in everyday life.
Afterwards, various teams provided insights into current projects, successes achieved and upcoming challenges. It became clear that we are not only growing in terms of numbers, but above all in our cooperation and our shared drive to actively shape the future of energy.
Creative Workshop and Italian Evening
In the afternoon, all employees came together for a joint workshop. In group work, key topics were reflected on, discussed and developed further with new ideas. The exchange was intensive and characterised by an open, motivated atmosphere. The different perspectives within the team in particular provided valuable impetus.
We spent the evening in a relaxed atmosphere in the office enjoying Italian cuisine. A large selection of pizzas, fresh salads and sweet desserts rounded off the day’s culinary delights.
Rafting on the Isar
The next morning, we set off early for Bad Tölz. With summer temperatures, the 12 °C cold Isar was a welcome refreshment. We got into three boats in wetsuits and life jackets and set off. It quickly became clear that the focus was on having fun, especially during the spontaneous water battles between the teams.
We paddled, laughed and navigated the rapids full of energy. Almost like on the flexibility markets, only with more splashing water. After about two hours, we arrived back in Bad Tölz, soaked but in high spirits.
For those who preferred something a little quieter, a guided tour of the picturesque town of Tölz offered an equally successful alternative.
BBQ and Finale on the Roof Terrace
After rafting, we headed back to Lenggries. A sumptuous BBQ awaited us there at the foot of the Brauneck, the ideal place to relax and recharge our batteries.
Back in Munich, we rounded off our team event on a roof terrace with a view over the city. The day ended on a high note with cool drinks, good food and plenty of conversation. And for some, it didn’t end there. Those who still had energy left partied on into the early hours in a Munich club.
Conclusion
Two days full of inspiration, team spirit and energy, with intensive discussions, shared experiences and a tangible sense of togetherness. This is what Entelios feels like – whether at electricity markets or in rapids.
